Fallenpaw tilted her head and glanced at the kit out of the corner of her eye. "It's ok... and no, we haven't, really." she found herself mumbling, eyes wide and sad. |

He chuckled shaking his head amused before nudging Fallenpaw. "Come on. I know it's sad but that's the past. And the feature is right in front of us. There will be time to be sad. But don't let it ruin the present okay?" He moewed softy before turning to the kit. "Sure kiddo. What would you like to play?" He asked

Goldenkit looked excitedly at Phantomshadow and Fallenpaw. "Moss ball!" she mewed, signaling with her tail towards the moss ball Fallenpaw made and failed to return. |

Fallenpaw grabbed the moss ball, and a slight purr gurgled in her throat. "Can you get this?" she mewed, before throwing it in the air, jumping, and heat butting it. |

Fallenpaw swallowed her worries and grief, as hard as it was. A light breeze picked up, making the medicine cat apprentice's fur blow out of her face. She caught the moss ball, and, behind Goldenkit, she smiled and nodded encouragingly. Purply-blue eyes telling everything - Come on, Phantom. I know you wanna. |

Goldenkit purred and followed the two cats outside while Fallenpaw held the ball. Goldenkit adjusted some leaves and made them look like a little den. "Whoever gets the ball in the goal, wins!" she announced. |

Goldenkit quickly jumped to the side to defend the small goal. "Oof!" she mewed as her body hit the ground. Goldenkit saw the ball coming towards her. Scrambling onto her paws, she softly hit it back to Fallenpaw. "Safe!" she called. |

He chuckled watching and shook his head. Then rose to his paws. "I apologize girls but I need to get going. Got patrols to do." He meowed before giving each a nod in farewell.
