me and grace/Twilightstar first created this little paper game in 2013 we called it cat territory you guys should play here is the instructions written by grace...
the first thing you need to do before learning and following the rules of the game is to collect these items, paper (around 2 a4 pieces), pencil, pen, colored pencils, eraser, and if possible a few friends to play against. once you have collected these items you may proceed.
the first part of the game is your home page, it is essential in later stages of the game, so unless you have someone to teach you copy this onto a piece of paper.
(either me or grace will paste the image, just wait a bit)
now that you have copied that, i will help you buy another cat (you start with a seal burmese i will show you in the store later on). first you must choose a breed of cat you like (and does not cost more points then you have, check your home page for points) from the cat shop. (which will be pasted here soon)
once you have chosen take away the number of points that your cat costs from your points in your home page. then you add the profile for the new cat you got, the profile looks like this( do this for every cat you get)
name
you may choose the name of the cat you just bought but if a friend gives you a cat and they have already named it you may not name the cat the name you want.
breed
in the store each cat has a profile and you may buy any one of them but on the profile is a breed, each breed has advantages and disadvantages.
energy
depending on how old the cat is it takes a certain amount of energy off when they have a battle, but when you first buy a cat they have 100 energy, you may add on to their energy by getting food from the store but 100 energy is the max.
age
each cat you buy starts out as a kitten at age 0, but each battles gives them an extra age, once they get to 100 they die.
lives
when you buy a cat they start out with the lives it has in the store profile, during battle they lose lives, from being attacked by the opponent/s, but don't worry when the battle is finished all lives are restored.
scratch lives
during a battle a cat with come on the same block as the opponent/s and battle each time they attack they take off a certain amount of lives until one of them win, these are called scratch lives.
the battle field
(either grace of me will paste the image)
a heart symbolises a life
E means energy
a heart with a scratch mark on it means scratch lives
GP means game points
AL means armor lives
every move they make will cost energy for the cat you are playing with was under the age of 6 if they moved once it would cost them 3 energy per turn. but if they were over the age of 6 but under the age of 12 then it would cost them 4. if they were over the age of twelve it would cost them 2.
you can buy armor lives in the shop, they are very useful, if a cat scratches you, you can block one of the lives they tried to take with an armor life, but they are only used once before they do nothing.
once you finish the battle win or lose you age up by 1.
every time your scratch succeeds you earn 5 GP if you loose you give all the game points(GP) you won in the game to your opponent who won.
the history of the paper game
since you don't need to know the exact history of c.t. i will explain the basic idea
the first idea of c.t. came from icefrost, there was no clans there was only individual cats. icefrost decided there needed to be more organization so she talked to twilight heart her friend.
